NIL stands for “name, image, and likeness” and refers to the legal right of an individual to control how their name, image, and likeness are used, including for commercial purposes. In college athletics, the advent of NIL allows for student-athletes to profit from their personal brands.

dyNILsty will work with each school individually to understand the best way to deploy these funds in support of the institution’s NIL efforts.

dyNILsty availability will be shown based on the location you enter during the sign up process. We are currently live in nearly all states where iGaming is legal!

dyNILsty works best if you create a new account with an operator you have not previously used. If there are multiple operators available that you do not have existing accounts with, you can sign up at each to maximize your contribution to your school(s)!  

Nothing! Your winnings are yours to keep! dyNILsty generates revenue when users register and deposit at partnering operators, as well as from the net revenue (losses) those accounts generate (where applicable).

No! Once you create a new account through the dyNILsty platform, you can access that account directly through the respective operator’s platform. However, if you would like to switch operators and continue to support your school(s), make sure to create that new account through the dyNILsty platform!

There are a few potential options: 

  1. You can use dyNILsty if you travel to a state where online sports betting is legal. 
  2. You may be able to participate through partnering Sweepstakes and/or Daily Fantasy platforms that operate in your state.
